What is the warranty on my Milton mattress?

Your Milton mattress has a 10-year limited warranty from the date of purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. For more details click here.

How do I clean my Milton mattress?

Spot clean your Milton mattress with a mild detergent and warm water as needed.

Can I remove and wash the cover of my Milton mattress?

No. Please never remove the cover. The zippered cover is an intricate part of the manufacturing process, and it should never be removed. Removing the cover could damage the FR barrier and void the mattress warranty.

Do I need to flip or rotate my Milton mattress?

There is no need to flip your mattress. To prolong the life of your Milton mattress, you should spin your mattress from head to toe every six months or so.

Is it OK to use a heating pad on my Milton mattress?

Yes, you can use a heating pad. If the heating pad is in direct contact with the mattress, it may make your Milton mattress feel “softer” until the heat is turned off and the mattress returns to room temperature. For safety’s sake, always remember to turn your heating pad off when you get out of bed.

What type of bed foundation should I use?

For maximum comfort, your Milton mattress should be supported by a proper foundation. We recommend a box spring on a traditional frame, or a platform-type surface. If you are sleeping on a queen or king, your frame should have a center support with legs going to the ground on the center support, as well as all four corners.

Are the foams used in Milton mattresses CertiPUR-US certified?

Yes! All foam products used to craft your Milton mattress are CertiPUR-US certified.

Will my Milton mattress smell or “off-gas” when I open it?

When you first open your new Milton mattress, it is possible that there will be some slight odor. It should completely dissipate within a day or two.

What if the mattress compresses or forms impressions?

If your mattress has a zippered cover and develops an impression of more than ¾” (1½” for a quilted cover), please contact us 24/7 at 512-M1LTONZ (512-615-8669) or email us at customercare@miltonsleep.com.

Can I order a replacement cover for my mattress?

No. Because replacing the cover is an intricate part of the manufacturing process, this is not a service we offer at this time.
