The 100 Night Comfort Guarantee

If, at any time within the first 100 nights following the date of [your purchase], you are not completely satisfied with [the comfort of] your new Milton Sleep Company mattress, then let us know and we’ll let you choose to receive either (i) a full refund of the purchase price you paid for the mattress or (ii) a replacement Milton Sleep Company mattress free of charge, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  • Before you request a refund or replacement, we ask that you sleep on the mattress for a minimum of 30 days in order to give your body a chance to adjust to your new Milton Sleep Company mattress.

  • To initiate a refund or replacement request, you must notify our customer service center by email at customercare@miltonsleep.com or by telephone at 1-512-M1LTONZ of your request by no later than the 100th day following the date of [your purchase] of the original Milton Sleep Company mattress that is the subject of the request.

  • This 100-Night Comfort Guarantee applies only (i) to the original purchaser of the Milton Sleep Company mattress via our online store and (ii) to the original Milton Sleep Company mattress purchased (and not any replacement mattress provided under this guarantee or our 10-Year Limited Warranty) while owned by and in the possession of the original purchaser within the contiguous United States. Anything to the contrary notwithstanding, we reserve the right to deny requests for refund/replacement under this guarantee based on fraudulent or other bad faith activities.

  • If you properly elect the refund option, then we will issue a full refund of the purchase price you paid for the original Milton Sleep Company mattress in the form of the original payment. If you purchased the original Milton Sleep Company mattress using an offer/gift code or credit, the dollar value of any such offer/gift code or credit will not be refunded or credited back. Please note that we do not refund any shipping or handling charges.

  • If you properly elect the replacement option, then we will provide you with a replacement Milton Sleep Company mattress of your choosing (subject to availability), free of charge; provided, however, if you select a higher priced mattress as a replacement, then you will pay us the difference between the purchase price of your original Milton Sleep Company mattress and the replacement mattress. Delivery of your replacement mattress will be made via our standard delivery option and only to locations in the contiguous United States.

  • Upon our request, you must provide us with evidence of your proper donation, recycling or disposal of the original Milton Sleep Company Mattress (e.g., copy of donation receipt, disposal invoice, etc.).

  • You acknowledge and agree that this 100-Night Comfort Guarantee is incorporated into our Terms and Conditions and is subject to the provisions set forth therein, including the provisions of Section 17 (Binding Arbitration and Class Action Waiver) which require arbitration of any disputes or claims in any way arising out of or relating to this guarantee.
